plz keep up the jungle climb, i know it’s frustrating, but as a jungle main and an avid zwag enjoyer it’s good to know that you are facing the same problems as me in my jungle games. It is also very helpful to see your pathing, builds and ganks. I am really enjoying this series so keep it up zwag

I actually like jungle, but I've been playing it long enough that I know all the theory:
on clears, 3 hits and move, kite it towards your next camp
track the enemy jungler at all times, ping your lanes (on their heads) when they're clearing that side
if the enemy jungler shows on the same side of the map, counter them after your current camp, if they show on the opposite side you've got a window to steal their camps, take an objective, or gank the other side
only gank lanes if you're totally sure you'll get something out of it
if the enemy is on an objective and you're sure they beat you in a fight, trade objectives or take their opposite side jungle
help laners push after you gank so they can get a reset window asap
makes it a lot more fun, it's the most strategic role in the game
tell that ur botlane who goes 0-5 in the first 6 minutes and then blames u for not helping them.^^
or the 0/7 toplaner who always starts to fight aggresively and then blames the "jungle diff" xD
i played jungle because i like the strategic and dynamic aspect.
but the amount of absolute stupid, delusional people who will blame u as soon as they start feeding is absolutely baffling.
i went back to top to be isolated and its so peacefull.

I can totally relate to zwag saying jungle is a "no fun allowed" role. Everybody expects you to iron out their mistakes in lane and at the same time very few people in low elo pay attention to jungle timings (like crabs, kruggs etc.) or god beware roam if they see an invade.
It just feels bad to forfeit 2-3 objectives early if your champ needs to scale and your team wont roam. I played mostly engage/supportive junglers like Zac, mumu, Rammus and while you can absolutely carry a game with them, more often than not the first 10-15min are cursed.
Thats why i turned to either play mid instead or brawler jungles in soloq.
You need a champ that is self reliant and can 2v1 if needed. imho Olaf and Jax are great for that. With hydra/blade and hexplate you can duel pretty much every jungler and still be of use in teamfights. Also if your team sucks ass you can just go splitpush.

Pretty much why I stopped playing League in general. In every role (including Support), you cannot rely on your team, in this team-based game. Everyone else is too important, and even more self-focused than Draven.

@Zwagmo pretty much LMAO, been watching a lot of junglers recently cuz I'm trying to learn the role, and it seems very easy to tilt because there's so many factors that can ruin a game.
@@Zwagmo Nah, every League Streamer in every role complain. Overall it just you expect Jungle to be peaceful farming simulator early game which its absolutely not the case. Also you get more easily tilted because with Jungle role you witness firsthand the Skill Level of other laner and since you smurfing with lower rank randos for video of course you will tilted because of how lower rank they are compare to you ( nothing against you play with Noobs for video just stating the truth)

Jungle has been a frustrating role to learn for sure. I’ve discovered 3 things that help me the most:
(1. Watch replays
(2. Mute chat & pings permanently
(3. Stick to 2 or 3 champions for 2 months before attempting to play others.
This is my way of learning the fundamentals of being a jungler as quickly and painlessly as possible.
thanks for posting these videos and showing the frustration gives people something to relate to and a real expectation of things that will happen if they decide to climb as jungle. Nothing is a better demonstration than a real example of how it really is.

I loved playing jungler back in like 2012-14. Almost always picked Amumu, if not then Nautilus. I loved champs with multiple CCs. I did start playing some Jarvan around the time I quit playing. But, back then I did find my place to be in the jungle. Never played enough ranked games to see where I'd be.

I've been playing jgl for years and I agree getting invaded is the most un-fun thing for a jungler. If you don't have laners that get prio early, counter-picking in the jungle becomes so important ! Unfortunetly, if you play ranked jgl, you cant pick to have fun or you get run over from emerald and above (in my experience)

You should try being the one to invade. Might make things more fun. I just want this series to continue since jungle is my main role and you're my favorite youtuber.
The Zelda music and chill gameplay is so good for getting to sleep.
While complaining isn't my favorite, it definitely isn't ruining the videos by any stretch. Other jungle streamers complain a lot. I think peope are just used to you not complaining normally so it seems slightly off when you do. Don't force yourself if it isn't fun, but we still love the zwungle climb no matter what you say in the videos!
As for invading... It's like the bronze top equivalent of coin flip the lane with an all in at level one. For some reason it just happens a lot. If you want to avoid it or counter it, try a stat checker like warwick or trundle, or maybe do invades yourself with them or Elise or Nidallee. Or clear top to bottom for first clear to avoid seeing them early and scale. Whatever you end up playing, it's always fun to watch.
I really don't mind the complaining, like, i also do that all the time playing jingle, as long as he doesn't rage or mental boom i'm okay with it. That's why i love watching zwag, he always keeps his cool, even if he is frustated.
Zwag, one thing just to know. After backing don't go that far from the central part of fountain for buying stuffs in the shop. You're loosing you homeguard's speedup by means of that oftenly

Welcome to my jungle hell. As main jungle this is how most games go. Not only do I get invaded non stop and my lanes loose, I get flamed for not getting objectives when they constantly have laners that help them and not me. Lol

The only reason I enjoy jungling is how much fun a lot of the champs are in that role. Zac top can be fun but Zac jungle appearing from the fog of war and glooping onto a group of three then ccing all three and ambling away from their corpses is a joy unmatched on other roles.
If it was me in that game, I would have said something along the lines of: "Dude, what is your problem? Is getting your own jungle just too hard? Cuz you seem to love going only after me and literally no one else."

Back in early seasons, this was called Holy Hand Granade Amumu.
You should do a WW jungle game, would maybe help with getting invaded, assuming enemy jungler gets low enough, blood trail would always rell you where hes at, and if not, just W and find him anyways.

So excited for this one, Amumu jungle is my main, i love absolutely wrecking people who think hes just a tank. Assassin Amumu is so underrated! Taking ignite is a game changer too.
I get invaded less as Warwick because he wins pretty hard early with his sustain but he falls off pretty hard late

Jungle is definitely the most fun role in the game. It's not just farming the same minions against one opponent in the same lane all game until its time to rotate or teamfight. You can be everywhere, make calls on objectives, invade your opponent, fight with numerical advantages in ganks, or track your opponent and counter his ganks. If you "lose lane" against the enemy jungler its also not just game over for you like it is in top, where you can just no longer play the game. If your team mates start flaming you (which they most likely will for any reason or none whatsoever), then just mute them.
Bot lane is in my opinion the most boring.

As a newer player, I agree... even when I get autofilled jungle and i let me team know i got autofilled, not a single person will offer taking the slot, and if i make 1 mistake I get absolutely sh*t on by my entire team for the rest of the match even if i pull off a few miracle plays.. its a no win situation. a 10-0 jungle is crap because hes not being a team player and a 0-10 jungler is crap because hes not getting objectives lol.

trundle and warwick best champs to play if you don't want to get invaded. You can stat check almost anybody at lvl 3. Just ban kindred.

If you have your support ward the enemy wolves or raptors then its easier to avoid invades
Well if your team wasn't allergic to warding, especially around objectives while they are up, that would be nice. Hopefully a cure is found soon.

I’m a real fan of Kha’ Zix…. He’s really burstie. Of course that may not solve your invade problem. Jungle is more about pacing rather than spacing. It sucks because everything is your fault… keep it up, enjoying the content.

nah you just have no idea how annoying it is to be constantly invaded and get ZERO help from teammates
This is why Fiddle jungle saddens me. Pre 6 all he has is a bit of lame poke so you will get invaded but nobody will rotate to help you. All you can do is Q the enemy away and watch them take all your camps. Wish fiddle early game was a little stronger.
Just gotta play early game stuff to not get invaded. voli / xin / ww etc and then you do the invading if your lanes are all pushed up

I feel like the teams that invade always lose. Idk what it is but every time they invade my jungler or steal camps they never win. Almost like it’s not worth it…
Usually getting human supports is what makes jg less awful, unfortunately thats a big ask.
