Great video, You explained everything so clearly and made it super easy to follow. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights keep up the amazing work 🚀👏
I noticed that your channel is new, but I have to say, the way you explain concepts is truly unique and incredibly easy to follow. You’ve earned a subscription and a click on the notification bell! Keep up the amazing work-you're off to a fantastic start!💪🏻🥳
Hello, thank you for this chat. I have an error message when I launch an order on bolt " There was an error processing your request: No details were returned" What should I do?
Hi Teddy, To resolve your issue: Please review the "Bolt.new Deployment Guide & FAQ" at the top of the #bolt-new channel in our Slack community. Our team will help you directly in the channel if you need further assistance.
Bolt is great until it hits its BUG THRESHOLD- you spend a week calibrating it perfectly close to deployment and it decides it wants to add an old prompt from 3 days prior and you’re left with a different version of you software only to rollback to a check point to salvage the earlier version for bolt to further mess up the code. It’s great, but it’s really costing me in tokens, time, patience and reallll patience when it bugs like this.
Thanks for sharing your experience! You raise some valid points about the challenges. In the video, I actually demonstrated how to push the code to GitHub specifically to avoid these kinds of issues. While Bolt is a pretty good project that helps create apps with AI, it's still actively being developed, so it's crucial to always save your work. Since the video was released, they've added some helpful features like export and fork conversation that will also help prevent these situations. Hope these tips and the new features help make your development process smoother! Let me know if you have any other questions.
good video, but when i run my first project and type a prompt, i get this return. My api keys are working. - Error: "There was an error processing your request: No details were returned" :(
If you have a specific issue, feel free to describe it here in the comments, or join our Slack community for real-time support. We're here to help either way. Remember: CloudStation is just a deployment platform - your API keys and credits are fully controlled by you through environment variables.
When you deploy bolt using CloudStation, you don't need to worry about Windows or Linux - we handle all the infrastructure for you. Just deploy and we take care of the platform setup. You can monitor any deployment logs in the live log tab of your dashboard.
Just a thought, first though, great video ... The url it deploys to should not be shared with anyone else presumably because it has your API keys in it. Therefore if someone uses it, you would be charged. Does cloud station ever publish or make the URLs available to the public?
Thanks! The URLs are randomized and not public anywhere. For API keys, you can just add them through the UI when you need them. And in CloudStation, you can pause your service when you're not using it to stay safe.
Thanks for your interest! Our plans include specific cloud resources, and our pricing page offers a detailed simulator that estimates extra costs for 100% uptime. Plus, you can pause and restart services to reduce expenses, giving you flexible cost management. We're offering a FREE welcome coupon to start your journey when you sign in!
Yes, currently you can import an existing project from your local computer to Bolt. While GitHub project import isn't available yet, it's a feature that's actively being developed and will be released soon! 😊

CloudStation gives you a $3.99 credit when you sign up - you can use this to host Bolt.diy for free! If you run it continuously without pausing, it's about $7/month. Smart to use the pause feature while building to save costs 👍
Just to clarify - CloudStation is simply a deployment platform. All API keys are managed by users themselves through environment variables in our UI. We never see or store your API keys - you have full control over your credentials. The video is just showing how to deploy bolt on our platform. If you're having any specific issues, I'm happy to help you here in the comments or in our Slack community.

Interesting work you are doing.
May be you are interested in joining contributors for the project?
Thanks! You're right - I've been looking at the source code to see where I can contribute and add value. Will let you know what I find!
in this process bolt does count tokens?
or do we need to buy subscription?
No need for subscriptions. It’s using your api keys

Thanks for your interest! The demo application cost me about $1 in Anthropic API credits, plus the lowest tier Cloudstation plan.
how much it cost you to run bolt on the cloud?
