This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napoleon Hill pitch.

While it's true that there'll always be a new streamer to do it, I think the difference this coverage makes is that anyone who does will face more appropriate backlash, as more people, including those streamers fans, are made aware of why it's morally bankrupt to do. And in the long run, it'll ultimately become less lucrative to take such deals, weighed up against the response such a move will cause.
Most importantly fans will recognize that any streamer doing it is preying on them, doesn't care about them and doesn't have their best interests at heart.
This is if it doesn't get stopped outright or course.

This is so sickening. I've seen a friend suffer from a gambling addiction, and it's so sad. Even if you get away without too much loss, the mental impact is still massive.
The guilt is massive. And some of my friends gambling mates changed from the mental stress. They developed anger issues and became violent.

Great video, and I totally agree with everything you're saying here. It has me thinking about how this conversation is also relevant to the operation of corporations in general. Many companies never do anything to stop predatory practices until the negative attention starts costing more than those practices bring in in the first place. Take Twitch as a particularly relevant example: (IMHO) They won't truly put a stop to cryptocasino shilling until they perceive the bad press to start costing them more than what that viewship rakes in.

A few days later I clicked on his channel and saw he was playing poker or roulette, I don't remember the exact one.
