I think this reading is for me.
I have a group of 15 friends who are paranormal investigators. Our goal is to get together multiple times a year to investigate a new location. In the past, a friend and I have been the only ones to plan these investigations for the group. They are a lot of work, and it has been frustrating that others have not put in any effort. Last month, we decided to step back, and allow others plan the next few gatherings.
In this group of friends, there is a guy who I have history with. We had not spoken in over a year and have recently started talking again... slowly. We are trying to get along for the sake of the group. Last week, he asked me if I could set up the next investigation using his connections to a specific location. Reluctantly I agreed.
After speaking to my other friend, the one who always plans with me, told me that I should push back and give the responsibility back. So I did. He relucantly agreed, and started to planning the investigation.
Just like always, herding these cats (the group) has been a challenge to say the least, yet he has been doing it without hesitation or complaint. Well at least I am not hearing about it if he is.
Is he trying to make things up to me, or at least keeping the peace? Is this his way of apologizing? Dunno. But I do appreciate his efforts greatly... even thought he is probably cursing me under his breath. LOL
