Poison can be either of the 2. Other than Jelly King and OG fest king the only other option for melee bleed, that isn't just an ultimate, is green ssr Jericho or Red sr Jericho.

Edit: Just read another comment explaining why he wouldn't work. The squirrel has a location that makes it evade range attacks so you would need a melee bleed to get it to move.
