Being at a higher frame rate than the original releases, that is what makes the animation move a lot faster than originally attended. So they have to re-record the dialogue to match up better. And having so many actors to come back to record the same voice lines for dub. Again And some recast is at the top of that, too. Then audio balancing and mixing All of that in time of the release.. It's understandable that quality control was difficult. That being said, a lot of these new takes are not good ( some are, tho so a mixed bag, really). Hopefully, they can remedy that in a patch. If there's enough complaining to be honest, I don't know if that's possible, but I could be wrong. At best, I can see them. Just bring an option to switch on the old dialogue if they want to. Excluding the new dialogue for the new animation, of course.
My issue with all this is why they couldn't just add the new content on top of storm 4. Since people already bought storm legacy already, why remake and all of the previous boss battles anyway? They could've just implemented all the game play changes into storm 4, created the original boruto story into a separate mode and inserted the new characters into storm 4. But I guess money talks lol

Almost all of the ultimates were in storm 4 except the Kara team ultimate all teams with kawaki and cool uchiha family ultimate(strange I don’t see that goofy sh*t they call an ultimate technique of Uzumaki family(boruto with parents)) I mean sure there were goofy ultimates before like Iruka Konohamaru and Naruto or for example reaction to Konohamaru’s ultimate and the reverse harem jutsu that Naruto used on Kaguya in canon or Kushina’s ultimate on minato but not all of the move was a goofy thing what’s wrong with paying some respect to the family of the original main character and his successor(son) by showing their power when they are together just like they already did ultimate of wife and husband (2 times) father and sons individually the karma step siblings and the second original main character with his family and now they do this thing
The voice actors had to re-do their lines due to the new frames and speed and such.. probably why the acting sounds either rushed or bland. It’s why I switched to Japanese dub in the game since they put emotion in their voice acting
