Sir, i have watched your RICEF playlist , but now i need to learn CDS views and ABAP on HANA, i have no idea about this topic, Is CDS view a part of ABAP dictionary ? and we use the S/4 HANA database and writing logic and develop our objects ! but what is ABAP on HANA , does it have other syntaxes , can please tell me the difference, where i can learn this ? and also waiting for your Odata series ,when will you post OData ? Thanks
ABAP on HANA means , knowledge of ABAP objects which are HANA specific like CDS, AMDP, ADBC etc. SAP ABAP New Syntax(from ABAP 7.4 onwards) and old syntax(Before ABAP 7.4) depends upon ABAP version or Netweaver version, it does not depends upon the database. CDS views, we create through coding, not through SE11. In SE11, we find the corresponding DDL SQL View. You can learn ABAP on HANA from www.zapyard.com/ . Currently I don't have infrastructure to cover ODATA, once it will be there, I will cover ODATA.
