Some of us we have been so so lucky to live in those times ....damn
Totally agreed those we exciting times ANc was delivering live was exciting
@@molamugolaolaone9017 Both my parents were still alive
Track 1 is one of my all time favourite House tracks
Pure bliss, I came back just now because of Radio 2000.
the year 2001, and tribal blast brought the event to a stand still
The year that the album was relisesed.🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞
Yfm was the closest some of us could get into a club, still under age and not brave enough to brake the house rules 😅... Friday till Sunday night the radio belonged to me, just so I could experience house music aka club music... Dankie generation Y 🙌🏼
Bro👊
Y and 5fm on a Sunday night with R Goode
Glenzito was also doing the things on Metro
Maaaan you just took me back to the days😄😄
I was working in Rosebank The Zone when YFM was still roaring like a lion. DJ's Fresh, Khabzela, Oskido, Monde, Smallz etc❤
Can't imagine how u feel now listening 👂 to this
When owning a disk was like a expensive gadget
Disk? Lucky you I had original cassette
@@ThabsGO 🤣
Only cassette I owned was radio recordings of hits
I would by a Cd .... Record/Dub it into a cassette and play the Cassette to save the Cd from scratching
@@giftmokoena2761 When we used to record battle of the Dj's ko Yfm on Friday afternoon
It was my brother
The jukeboxes in the townships playing this every weekend ❤👌🏽😩
One of Oskido's best projects
Excellent
Very True
When Jaguar kicks in!!!! Nostalgia of the highest degree...
Man o' man those Shaba intros before you get blessed with music where always it.
I'm so happy that they played the intro too
when oskido plays old school ull hear from the intro, just know we goin way back in good time of music
I came here just for the intro... Couldnt stop saying "Modzimo Wanga Papa" for some reason...

@@phlyhoney Yep

It's Over 20 years since it was released but it sounds new to my ears. This compilation takes back to my childhood day's. Thank you uncle Ncuthe for taking us way back.
An Era where house music was dominating the dance house music scenes in SA
I started loving house music with this album going to clubs in Port Elizabeth Parliament street at age of 15😂😂 Together and tribal blast wow🙌🏽🙌🏽
Yhuuuu you should see Parliament Street today👀💀
Ive read some very accurate comments..This mix pathed alot of ways on how we listen & produce music is S.A.. from Tribal blast to the Sermon.. the precision in the mixing..the sequence of the tracks.. taking us to church through house music..Thank You very much Uncle for making our childhood awsome..❤🙏
Let me join you in saying Thanks a lot

This album reminds me the older days while i was in high school, and this is a real house music ever.
It doesn't get better than this... 2024
Loopman - tribal blast we used to have a dance return with this song. It never gets old for real. ❤
Ziyawa baba😮🎉
The year was 2000 at Tembisa, I was attending Grade 1 in Tshepisa Primary School. We would bang these jams on the table and dance till we get caught. Today, 2024, they still bang like new releases.
HHay abadlale amapiano abo asnamona. nazi thina eskhule ngazo 🙌🙌
Back when music spoke to the soul
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍 THAT TRANSITION FROM TRACK 8-10 IS STILL UNMATCHED TO THIS DAY
Lalela!!
The intro 1 of the best intros in my opinion
Used to play this CD in my friends car as we drove from clubbing in Midrand at The Standard Bank Arena at 06am sunday morning.
Tack 6: Tribal blast was and still is out of this world! Yet, there is something mystical about track 3: Together. This album takes me back to 2001 not because of melancholy, but rather because of nostalgia, in the good sense of the term, and gratefulness for all the challenges we have overcome. Hopefully, humanity will remain together until the end of time.
Malume you still the best I'm listening to the first commandmen in AEU as now dankie living legend 🤞🏾👌🏾
powerful album art and of course great songs
We need more Church Grooves please. Thank you for the Music.
This The Best Compilation, of all time, Period.

He killed it, I was not expecting that when I heart this album the 1st time.
That's by far my favorite part of the album. My friends back then didn't get it and I'm happy to finally find someone who gets it.

Tribal blast 🎉🍻🙌
a hit listen when it comes in
This compilation especially Tribal Blast changed the way South Africans made music forever, giving birth to bass and drums 🪘 , tribal house , gqom and even mapiano
There are no skips on this album. Even Ashifa Shabba's intro is worth repeating over and over again. What a project, what a time!
Indeed my brother. Triabal blast was the most sampled house track back then.
What a piece!!!❤
2023 this still hits hard
stax music now..all night long . too uch fire there

When YFM was still roaring like lion. Dj's Oskido, Fresh, Khabzela, Monde, Smallz etc. The Zone Rosebank
This reminds me of the YFM "Yona ke Yona" 2001 Dj Knockout event at the Electric Workshop in Newtown, Jozi.
