NEW Upper Carmen-Patag-Kauswagan Diversion Road and ECO PARK in Cagayan de Oro 4K

Have you seen the new Upper Carmen-Patag-Kauswagan Diversion Road and CDO Eco Park projects lately? Here's the aerial survey as of August 2021.

The 2-lane Upper Carmen-Patag-Kauswagan Diversion Road has a total length of 3.83 KM. The Right-of-Way limit is 20 meters on the flat section and 25 meters on the mountain section. The completion of this project will improve the accessibility to the Western Central Business District (CBD). It will decongest traffic along Masterson Avenue and Vamenta Boulevard reducing travel time from 24 minutes to 11 minutes. The diversion road will also feature bicycle lanes.
The CDO Eco Park is located at Zayas in Barangay Carmen. It's the old city dumpsite to be converted into Eco Park. The groundbreaking of the Eco Park happened on July 11, 2019, with a total development cost of P135 Million.
The Eco Park in Cagayan de Oro has the following features: recreational area, forest area, a variation of trees, bamboo garden, boat dock, food court, pond, amphitheater, walkway, bike lane, jogging lane, butterfly garden, fruit garden, research facility, playground, nursery, and a parking area.

Parang wala nang nagtatrabaho sa Ecopark. Baka matulad ito sa CDO Convention Center na inabot ng syamsyam. Parang maraming bwakaw dyan sa CDO ah, sa ibang syudad ang bibilis ng mga projects pero maski ito iyong Upper Carmen-Kauswagan Road, wala nang trabaho sa gitna, around Golden Village
