if my head office is in Delhi and it is on rent also....and my factory unit is in Haryana and we have only gst registration for Haryana unit so if Haryana factory is paying rent on behalf of Delhi Head office then Haryana factory can available ITC on that rent amount which are being paid by Haryana unit on behalf of Delhi Head office on both cases RCM OR FORWARD CHARGE???

no... pls refer your invoice... only haryana unit can claim ITC bcz... rent invoice mention GSTIN of haryana unit....ur landlord put entry in b2b for haryana unit
I have filled clarificatiom on 27th of june 2019 but still its showing clarification filled succesfully pending of order. What i do.
1) principle place of business- your residential address is same as commercial address. Kindly clarify how will you conduct business from there?
2) principle place of business- document upload- kindly add electricity bill.
Special details are mentioned anywhere about the business activity applied for.kindly add registry copy.

You can upload new photo while submitting clarifications and also mentioned in clarifications that photo was mistakenly uploaded..... If jurisdiction officer satisfied he will grant registration if not than apply fresh registration.

I got a comment from tax officer aas below. can u pls help/ I had already submki9tted NOC where my husband who is owner had signed Principal Place of Business - Contact Information - Others (Please specify) - Please Specify - In support of authenticity of consent letter, please upload an affidavit of the Owner & Co-owners of the declared premises sworn before an Executive Magistrate declaring that "the premises was not given on Rental/Lease basis & it was given Rent-free to the applicant to declare & allow it as Principal Place of Business in terms of Section 2(85) of CGST Act, 2017" with latest photograph of all Owners of the premises, Serial Number of the Register & "Before Me" stamp affixed on the Affidavit.
