Dear person. My high school reunion is in three months. I want to lose weight too. The Lord helped me, he will help you too. I lost 9 pounds the first nine days and I'm still losing. Just started. Here is what I do: Walk almost every day, a half hour to an hour. Diet looks like this, All organic, very important. No eating out at all, except at the salad bar and soup bar, hot meal bar of my organic food store. Very good. Portion control, you don't need as much food as you're used to with organic food. No dairy. Only plant milk that I drink is organic soy, or coconut. I learned almond, etc is bad for you. No sugar, so check every label on everything. Small amount of pink salt. ( Himalayan) No alcohol No canned food of any kind. No bread (the soy milk has plenty of carbs) Only brown rice pasta for spaghetti and a very small portion. Lean deli meat, no pork ever or hot dogs, bought at the organic store. Be sure there's no sugar in the deli meat. I found turkey slices that only have turkey water and salt. Eat a salad a day. Eat a avocados. I eat coconut plain yogurt with all kinds of berries and grapes for breakfast. I fix a small salad with 2 pieces deli meat and a half avocado with blueberries and strawberries, a light amount of unsweetened oregano rice vinegar. Very good lunch or dinner. Fix pinto beans for soup or refried beans. Same with navy beans, etc. Brown rice. Rice needs to be made fresh when you have it. The Lord helps me put meals together even when I don't have a lot of groceries. Communion every day ( I try). I eat just a small piece of soda cracker for the bread part. It's a treat. The vinegar will help your digestion. First thing in the morning drink 12 ounces of good water with 1 tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar, 1/2 lemon, juiced and two pinches cayenne pepper. This will remove belly fat. God bless your sincere heart and faith. -me Limit yourself to meals only. Try not to eat after 7pm or so. If I get hungry in the nighttime, I eat more fruit and yogurt. Since you are a man, you should double up on the salad and meat portion of the meal I mentioned and may need four meals a day. ❤❤❤

Been praying and laying hands on my Dog Samson. Quite recently, he got cataracts last week in like 8 hours as diabetes for last year. He's 5 and had an intestinal blockage last year which shut down his Pancreas. I prayed and fasted then and God gave me a vision of this blockage which at the time the vet didn't know of until I called he's just the next day after the vision. He developed Pancreatitis and it went away, but he got diabetes from the prolonged period of blockage. He is a very special dog as I named him Samson of GOD in honour of GOD after prayer with my daughter just before we received him which was miraculous in itself. The enemy has attacked him at every turn, and I can only say this is because of the dedication of his name. I continue now to lay hands on him, decree against the ailment and situation. I covet your prayers of intercession and agreement for full healing. I have vowed to The Lord that Samson will live to DISPLAY the works of The Lord! I thank you for your support and believing for him.

I am really sure need of help. My dad passed away last week and flew out to Durban, SA from the UK this week to sort out the cremation, the house and get the estate sorted. Am only here for a short time but feel like I am extremely overwhelmed as nothing seemed to be set out by my dad to assist me with making this a smooth transition. Money just keeps getting drained from mine and my wife’s bank account and noting seems to go our way lately. I am trusting in our Lord that he will send his angels to help prepare the way to make this as smooth as possible to take the pressure and stress away from me. A few months back I went to the alter at church during worship. I kneeled and put my face to the floor. I was moved to plead for mercy for myself and people in general. I spoke in tongues and understood that the church had not been keeping their gardens up. Not keeping the weeds out, watering, etc. when I sat in my seat i decided to tell the church what I had seen. I also stressed the need for reinforcements to come help. Thats what this reminded me of. Just last night I got 3 messages about camels coming. Hope and pray that means soon ! I’m doing all I can to heal on my own and the pain isn’t going away. God will bring the healing and I will be still. Help me Jesus I’m drowning in emotional pain.

Been praying and laying hands on my Dog Samson. Quite recently, he got cataracts last week in like 8 hours as diabetes for last year. He's 5 and had an intestinal blockage last year which shut down his Pancreas. I prayed and fasted then and God gave me a vision of this blockage which at the time the vet didn't know of until I called he's just the next day after the vision. He developed Pancreatitis and it went away, but he got diabetes from the prolonged period of blockage. He is a very special dog as I named him Samson of GOD in honour of GOD after prayer with my daughter just before we received him which was miraculous in itself. The enemy has attacked him at every turn, and I can only say this is because of the dedication of his name. I continue now to lay hands on him, decree against the ailment and situation. I covet your prayers of intercession and agreement for full healing. I have vowed to The Lord that Samson will live to DISPLAY the works of The Lord! I thank you for your support and believing for him.

This really resonates with me. I did had a dream couple of weeks ago I was in a middle of an earthquake. Although I didn’t see buildings collapsing, I knew I was in the middle of it. I am really sure need of help. My dad passed away last week and flew out to Durban, SA from the UK this week to sort out the cremation, the house and get the estate sorted. A few months back I went to the alter at church during worship. I kneeled and put my face to the floor. I was moved to plead for mercy for myself and people in general. I spoke in tongues and understood that the church had not been keeping their gardens up. Not keeping the weeds out, watering, etc. when I sat in my seat i decided to tell the church what I had seen. I also stressed the need for reinforcements to come help. Thats what this reminded me of. Just last night I got 3 messages about camels coming. Hope and pray that means soon !
