Mine is a k reg 92 which I uprated with a 16v XSARA VTS engine n gearbox all by myself and fully restored her. She is very quick with a light fly wheel, quick rack, 309 ARB's, wishbones and steering wheel etc. I have big plans for her with pug one off in the future...

Car looks great 👍 I know its not old classic hothatch but you should try new 308 Gti by peugeot sport 270bhp version! Its only 1205kg, its got 380mm brakes Alcon, LSD Torsen, 6 spd manual, Michelin Pilot Super Sport on from factory. What a car! I own it over 3 and half years now and never had single issue with the car. Always makes massive smile on my face when I drive it. 330bhp 470nm mine is.. Car feels like a go kart as its very light compare to the other new age hothatches.. Like example A45s its nearly 1700kg 🤯🤯.. That's crazy..
Peugeot always had great hothatches back in the days.. But I can say 308 Gti is maybe good as 205gti. I drove both.

Absolutely love these cars, obviously I’m too old to drive these, my daughter has one though, how much could she expect to sell for? It’s more less basic, in original condition, it’s a 91 model, it hasn’t been driven for at least 10 years

Had a 1600 and bought a 1300 mile 1900 insurance job swapped it all I to the 1600. total different car loved it. Been looking to recap my youth and buy another 1. Thees been a few but with covid and travel etc I've missed them... Would live to buy that one of you.. How much would you want for it if you did decide to sell

owed nine 205 gti then jumped up in price but still drive a pug 15years later witch is the 106 gti... must have the pug-bug! 100%☆🙄👍
106gti is a brilliant car, if you enjoy driving they will make you smile from ear to ear, giant slayer on a b road, sister had one ten years and it gave very little bother over nearly 100,000 miles , 2 crank sensors, an alarm sensor and an exhaust was the height of the drama. Car was standard and didn't need touched it handled so so well, defo one of my all time faves just like a 1.9gti 205, such a buzz driving them!👌 I say that as a nearly 30yr owner of GTi golfs and vr6s💯😂

The brakes should be fine. It looked like you locked the rear wheels up in the clip? Brake bias maybe? Either way that car should stop fine on gti6 calipers.
Brakes need a serious looking over. Hopefully get it back to the boys at Pug1Off soon 👍🏽

Got to agree. A 205 GTI is one of the few non dubs I would have. My first car was a 205GR.

Wot a car thay still are today, don't get why Peugeot went all crappy with there design for a while.but Yeh I had a16 19 swapped an chipped back then wen thay were cheap my god it went well.full leather from the miami blue.if irc it could do 75 +in 2nd seems high now im, pretty sure tho. Great series I'd enjoy more on driving fly byes more engine notes etc,I'm sure that'll come go pros on certain places. never the less great so fare look forward to more cars appearing.👍👌👊👊
