CHASSE Building Team continues work at the Union on Sixth development, located in downtown Tucson.
Targeted for completion in mid-2020, Union on 6th will offer 255 market-rate studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The complex will include a pool, fitness center, onsite parking, and direct access to the 4th Avenue entertainment district.
Centrally located between the University of Arizona and the heart of downtown Tucson, Union on 6th is designed as a transit-oriented development to attract graduate students and young professionals who will use multiple modes of transportation, including walking, biking, car-share, the Sun Link streetcar, and the Sun Tran bus system.
