Knowing he dies shortly after this episode makes this scene so sad.... now he doesn’t get to see his kids grow up at all
Yeah, and that he missed Amelia’s wedding and he missed the birth of his nephew and so many other things. When Derek and the other dead characters came back, I kind of wish that they could’ve talked to the other characters
Also he didn’t get to see Elis his daughter
I hate that I know Derek dies a few episodes later.
