Enjoyed the real taste of rajputana Dawat. Mutton junglee maas was very tender and very apt to palate. I tried here and it was really tasty. Will surely visit next time again 😎 must try atleast once if you are from Jaipur Or coming to Jaipur 👍👍👍

but aluminium utensils visible clearly....and most shocking was the cover...

better he must have used ....dum using a copper cover....KALAI WALA...
and sealed it ... by wet muslin or cotton cloth or by dough ....

Good Recipe but it’s closer to Lal maans than Junglee maans. Call it Mutton curry for all I care but don’t punt a better recipe for what is a traditional recipe.
I cook Junglee maans with Axis Deer, Black Buck and Swamp deer as well as Elk, White tail etc as it’s available here but never call a some tasty curry Junglee Maans.
