I love what you have done with the space you've been given ;) I'd probably turn one of the upstairs bedrooms into a study. so weird how you managed a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in such a small space!
Thank you, Sam Phoas, for generously sharing your talent! This is perfect! The downstairs bedroom is perfect for my parents who are in their 80s. I would attach the bathroom to the bedroom, though, & separate the bath from the toilet in the shared bathroom upstairs plus add railing on the walls of the stairs. Good job! 👍
Pretty cool, if it was a house I'd bought I would probably make a few changes to make it feel more spacious. But hey for the amount of rooms and utilities you've made pretty damn good use of the space. There is one glaring issue I'm seeing though. The front entrance having those double doors with the glass, if I was living there it wouldn't feel very secure/private. Maybe pull that part out a bit, have a single door and an area to put shoes and coats. Then make the windows smaller so it doesn't feel like people can just peer inside the entire first floor lol.

Like everything but the sitting area on the second floor, should just be incorporated into the master bedroom. Also, the desk in the master bedroom is counter to a good night's sleep; bedrooms are for sleeping, not work. Throw in a basement for storage, a workshop and a laundry room and this would be perfect.
I really like the design of this house, thank you for inspiring me. because I also like the hobby of always designing a house. success always Brother. For Brother and sister, I will feed back to me, I'll wait. thank you
Sir, what an awesome sketchup... Really damn awesome. I am 19 years old.. But I don't want to marry a girl... Going to life as a single.. I want this home
Perfect design for people in their 20 -30's like a college apartment condo or for people who work full time. Nice design. I noticed the second floor bathroom looks crammed for a toilet and shower and the entrance is connected with the living room, should have some space before going into the living room, also the outside garage should have a 2-3 car parking space for a four bedroom house, just my opinion though love the design.
I would convert the bed room in the ground floor to tv room and would make a balcony first floor by replacing the window with a door. I would also remove the couch at the first floor and place a book shelf instead
Everything beyond the LR flip left to right. puts most plumbing on same wall eliminates bottleneck from LR to kitchen. Then upstairs could be mirrored for plumbing
IMO, I don't think all rooms need double beds, it cost too much space, especially for kids room, they need more space for more additional shelves, cabinets, so single beds are kid rooms are enough. And the living space are too small due too many rooms and no storage room (should replace the ground floor bed room), and no shoes shelf at the main entry?
Tengo un pequeño proyecto de 7x15 una planta. Cuánto costará. Haser un plano así 3D ? Yo ya tengo mi diseño que yo misma hise. Pero cuánto me costará. Algo así como en este video ? Solo el plano !! Alguna idea ??
This might work if the climate permits a lot of outdoor living, but the living/dining/kitchen space is small for a four-bedroom house. You need at least one place in a home where the whole family (up to 8 people) can fit. I know that in the US our houses are often much larger than what we need, and this would be designed for a place where buildable land is scarce.
Hi, Very Good plan Please suggest some plan for plot size 22'9" feet x 42' feet west facing plot, there is existing house from east, north and south no space/packed. Required with good air circulation, some ducts with open to sky and sun lights provisions during day time for 2 or 3 units/flat on 1st floor and 2 flats on ground floor with car parking as per vastu shastra.
Wonderful design. Sir, my house has 11,5 x 12 m lot area and 10 x 9 floor area. If I want to renovate it using this design can you suggest which side should I add the floor at? Considering this design is 7 x 15 m and I don't have any land at behind
This design is good but could have been much better if the carport was on the side where the front door is. This way the Living room and dinning room could be one big room and not feel so cramped and cut off from one another
Kitchen and living room are a bit too small, everything else look great. 3 bedrooms would be ideal for the house, so that the bedroom on the first floor can be removed, shift the stairs to give more space for living room and kitchen
annievoices I couldn’t agree more, the living and kitchen way too small. I’d even rework second floor as that living space seems wasted. Divy up that space between the master and hall bath plus add a laundry room since I didn’t see one.
Also take out the inaccessible flowers at master bedroom window, allowing more room for a proper master bathroom and a wet room to serve 3 more rooms! Yikes... wall between kitchen and dining room, can go..it's not even cabinets...yes good start, but inhabitants would go bonkers or basically stay in their rooms. ..

Omg i love everything. Not too big. This kind of house please.

Unusual design elements and use of space. What's with stairway leading to the toilet and and a hallway sitting area outside a bedroom?
Amei, ótima apresentação,só achei que deveria ter uma lavanderia também! Parabéns! Bjos
wow great design for a small family, the room is shaped in a comfortable position and neatly arranged, great job👍
Honestly I liked it I loved everything about it. And in America this wouldn’t be so expensive because it’s not huge but looks comfy for some reason
Shandar vedio sir..... Alone har AK angel ko ache se dikhaya h...... To good sir..... Sir ase he aap 67 'x 25 ' feet house ka bna de to.......you are grate sir.........thanx u dil se

I like a desk in a bedroom. Desks are not just for work.
sometimes, best ideas just cameout when you're in bed so its good to have a desk for you to write your notes... or put your laptop on
Add a lot of rugs and I love it!

I love your work! May I know on what's the lot area and the floor area? Thanks!
I would convert the bed room in the ground floor to tv room and would make a balcony first floor by replacing the window with a door. I would also remove the couch at the first floor and place a book shelf instead
Your idea is very good. You make your living style to the house. thank you
Very well done! Each space was used. Subscribed 😄
Bro, you're a legend.
Which software are you using for design?
Every thing is best but dinning room is front of toilet
it could be attached with bed room.
Right
It is a powder room and use for hand wash for guest and members
Would be perfect for the Philippines or Thailand !
What's the program that you used it to make this design ?
looks great, can a house like this be actually built?
Did you use Sketch Up for this design
yes
Awesome plan Sam. I need a suggestion from you. I got a 34x62 feet Plot. Is it possible to have a 3 car parallel parking + 1 bhk house?
Everything beyond the LR flip left to right. puts most plumbing on same wall eliminates bottleneck from LR to kitchen. Then upstairs could be mirrored for plumbing
I want 15*60 north facing house plans... Same in 3D...
Da, pentru o familie tânără este ideală.

The house looks very similar to my aunt's house in Mexico. No joke
Which program do you use to make this home designs??
100% compatible with my taste, except car park. I need parking for 2 car. But still 💙💚💛💜💖 it
Did they use CAD!?
I just loved the design of yours 💟💟💟💯💯💯 But the washroom is quite small but according to the space it's perfect.
How much does it cost to make this same model of the house?
Hats off bro...Beautiful work....
washer, dryer, bathtub?
washer dryer at the back of the house. you can take out sitting area and make more bigger master bedroom.
