Before 100 years all Christian believers took baptism in Kerala as a child but if you want to enjoy the lord Jesus Christ you have to be born again in whatever denominations ❤ amen 🙏🕊️🙏 amen 🙏🙏 amen 🙏
We are born again when we are baptised

Baptism is tool to become disciple yes but teach all what Jesus taught.
The word baptism is of Greek origin. It means total immersion
“ശിശുവിന് വലിയ ആഗ്രഹമാണ് ശിഷ്യനാകുവാൻ” ,അച്ചോ ഇപ്പറഞ്ഞത് self goal ആണെന്നെങ്കിലും അറിയാൻകഴിയേണം😂
തന്റെ സ്വര്‍ഗ്ഗാരോഹണത്തിന് മുമ്പ് യേശു ശിഷ്യന്മാരോട് അവസാനമായി കല്പിച്ച ചില പ്രധാന കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഇവയായിരുന്നു:-111 നിങ്ങള്‍ പോയി സകലജാതികളെയും ശിഷ്യരാക്കുക. പിതാവിന്റെയും പുത്രന്റെയും പരിശുദ്ധാത്മാവിന്റെയും നാമത്തില്‍ അവരെ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിക്കുക. താന്‍ കല്പിച്ചതൊക്കെയും പ്രമാണിപ്പാന്‍ തക്കവണ്ണം അവരെ ഉപദേശിക്കുക. ഇവിടെയുള്ള പൂര്‍വ്വാപരക്രമം പ്രധാനമാണ്. ശിഷ്യന്മാരാകുവാന്‍ സന്നദ്ധതയുള്ളവരെ മാത്രമാണ് സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്.മറ്റാരെയും പാടില്ല. ശിശുക്കളെ യേശുവിന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ കൊണ്ടുവന്നപ്പോള്‍ അവിടുന്ന് അവരുടെ തലമേല്‍ കൈവച്ച് അവരെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു (മര്‍ക്കോ.10:13-16). എന്നാല്‍ മാനസാന്തരാനുഭമുള്ള മുതിര്‍ന്നവര്‍ തന്റെ അടുക്കല്‍ വന്നപ്പോള്‍ തന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരെക്കൊണ്ട് അവിടുന്ന് അവരെ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിച്ചു (യോഹ.4:1,2). എന്നാലിന്ന് പല 'സഭകളിലും' നാമെന്താണ് കാണുന്നത്? ഇതിനു നേരേ വിപരീതം തന്നെ . ശിശുക്കളെ സ്നാനം കഴിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; മുതിര്‍ന്നവരുടെ തലമേല്‍ കൈ വയ്ക്കുന്നു(' സ്ഥിരീകരണം''!) യേശു ചെയ്തതിനു നേരേ വിപരീതമായതു ചെയ്ക എന്നതു എതിര്‍ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ (ക്രിസ്തുവിന് എതിരായ) ആത്മാവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടുക തന്നെയാണ്. പെന്തെക്കോസ്ത് ദിവസത്തില്‍ ധാരാളമാളുകള്‍ക്കു പാപബോധമുണ്ടായപ്പോള്‍ പത്രോസ് അവരോടു 'മാനസാന്തരപ്പെടുവാനും സ്‌നാനമേല്‍ക്കുവാനും' ഉപദേശിച്ചു. '' അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വാക്കു കൈക്കൊണ്ടവര്‍ സ്‌നാനമേറ്റു'' എന്നാണ് തുടര്‍ന്നുള്ള ഭാഗത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത് (അപ്പോ. 2:38,41). ദൈവവചനം ബുദ്ധിപൂര്‍വ്വം കൈക്കൊള്ളുവാനും മാനസാന്തരപ്പെടവാനും കഴിവുള്ളവര്‍ മാത്രമാണ് സ്‌നാനമേറ്റത് എന്ന കാര്യം വ്യക്തമത്രേ. 'അപ്പോസ്തലപ്രവര്‍ത്തികളില്‍' രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഓരോ സന്ദര്‍ഭങ്ങളിലും ഈവിധത്തിലായിരുന്നു സംഭവിച്ചത്. ജലസ്‌നാനത്തിന്റെ അര്‍ത്ഥം റോമര്‍ 6:17 ജലസ്‌നാനത്തിന്റെ അര്‍ത്ഥം വ്യക്തമായി വിവരിക്കുന്നു. അവിടെ നമ്മുടെ പഴയ മനുഷ്യന്‍ ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടുകൂടി ക്രൂശിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും സ്‌നാനത്തില്‍ നാം ക്രിസ്തുവിനോടകൂടെ കുഴിച്ചിടപ്പെടന്നുവെന്നും പ്രസ്താവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്
Mark 16:16 , take baptism after having faith.
If Christ never forbid children from approaching him, then why should church forbid child baptism? Does that mean that the institution against no gates of Hades shall prevail got taken over (Gospel of St. Mathew 16:18)?

A child has no believing capability. You are very good at twisting the word of God to suit your argument
So how can a baby take a decision to join Christ. You are twisting the word of God. A child cannot take a decision to join the Orthodox church
How can a 6 month old child become a disciple of Jesus. That decision can be taken only a grown up. It's a personal decision to be a disciple. Father ur argument is not convincing. It's a tradition in Orthodox Church.
"Respected Priest, No one is born as a Christian; one must choose to follow Jesus and become a Christian, a process known as being "born again". Just as you mentioned, we must first focus on what Jesus taught us. I encourage you to read Gospel of John chapter 3, where Jesus discusses this very topic with Nicodemus. Despite performing miracles and healing genuine blind individuals, Jesus could not heal the blindness of hypocrites! The Bible teaches that there is only one baptism, and it is not specific to children or adults, but to those who truly believe in Christ. In Acts 2:37-39, Peter clearly explains the importance of repentance, turning to God, and being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins. This promise of the Holy Spirit is not limited by age, but is available to all who sincerely repent. Therefore, whether young or old, if one can repent of their sins, their baptism will be valid."

കർത്താവ് പറഞ്ഞു വിശ്വസിച്ചു സ്നാനം കഴിപിന്. അത് കൊണ്ട് വിശ്വാസിക്ക്
There is nothing wrong in giving a baptism to child but once u grow up, it may be better take the baptism once again after fully knowing the meaning the true word.
Baptism is supposed to happen only once
