My favourite is sephora collection high precision eyeliner it is matte and intense black. It does not become flaky or cracky. But it is not waterproof. If you are looking for waterproof matte eyeliner then go for kiko waterproof eyeliner. This eyeliner is stick but its matte and waterproof. Both the eyeliners are great but has its own flaws, so you can choose which one suits your preferences I hope this helps ❤️
