    I'm a recent subscriber and i suffer so badly with panic attacks. I'm 16 and i have terrible separation anxiety and generalised anxiety which causes me to get anxious when specific people in my life leave. Right now, it's 11:12pm in the UK and before watching this video, i was having a big panic- however i'm now feeling amazing. Your videos have helped me so much over the past week and have really allowed me to chill out so much. Thank you so much for producing these videos, you really are a star

      I go through really bad panic attacks specifically at midnights before sleeping which has given me insomnia recently and I can't stop overthinking. I even go through chest pain and pain in other areas of my body which gives me even more anxiety. I was wondering if you used to feel those sharp pains too ? I appreciate it if u answer.

    Thank you! I was having a full on panic attack last night and searched "bed yoga for panic attacks" and found this video. It's not often anything will stop the panic once it starts, usually just need to ride it out, but this helped SO much!!! XO

    Malia, I want to sincerely thank you for this yoga video. It has been my companion through so many things in my life since 2019: work trips, a long pregnancy, postpartum (one of my first lovely postpartum cries was to the sound of this video while sitting in child's pose against my pillow), and into the pandemic. I've changed jobs now, and my son is 1.5 years old. Through all this time you have been such a companion to me, breaking up my back pain and allowing me to slow down and take some time for myself. Thank you, thank you for this video! It is so simple, but production quality doesn't matter to me. I return to you again and again when I need peace and I always find it here. 🙏 Thank you for making this video. It has helped me so much through this season of my life. Never doubt if you are a good teacher. To me, you are the best.

    I have been feeling consistently anxious over the past few days and something told me to click on your video. As soon as I did I saw Greg! I also have a mini schnauzer and he was sitting right next to me. I immediately knew this was the right video! :)

    Beautiful! Thank you! A helpful hint in helping with the anxiety is to sniff it directly from the bottle a few times and give yourself a foot massage mixed with some unscented lotion n put socks on and you will be out like a light. I love lavender but peppermint puts me to sleep also plus your get will be nice and tingly and so relaxed. Sleep tight 💤

      Thus is my first yoga video. Ive struggled with insomnia, anxiety & ptsd 4yrs. In in my 60s. Thank you for this video. It helps me relax & clear my mindb4 bed. Ive used it 2nights in a row lm starting 2 sleep longer & go back2 sleep when i awaken. Blessings 2u

      I had horrible insomnia for Nine months, the only way I could sleep was by taking medications. Finally my physician recommended this sleep plan *4InsomniaCure.
