Xo is my edc catty and it's also one of my favourite I did wrap mine with paracord makes it so much more comfy to hold

I remember when I was a kid pulling the slingshot band way back, taking aim and just then the band broke, snapped back and whacked me right in the neck. Man did that hurt

I like several but if small, light, ergonomic, and great shooter is important, the Pocket Predator Secret Agent with extended pinky hole in G10 is a great choice. Fits in shirt pocket but hits like a bull!

I don't own an XO (yet) but I have a wasp Enzo with the red clips. It makes them easier to find should I drop one while out and about and also have the thumb screws so no tools needed. My Enzo is so light it glows in the dark 😁, another perk if I drop it. Great video as usual👍

Like you, my preference is for more ergonomic frames like my SS Scout XT and GZK Legend. If I may introduce you to the “ultimate” EDC frame, which is no frame at all, aka frameless shooting. Forget “pocket-ability”, I carry my frameless tubes on my wrist like a bracelet. It’s now even a fashion statement for me. Go try it my friend, there are plenty of tutorial videos around (an idea for a video for you too)

I know this videos a year old, but I gotta say I used to believe the S-Ace was the best EDC sling, after becoming a dedicated thumb brace shooter and learning im far more accurate with a 90mm fork width the Wasp g10 Venator is by far my favorite EDC. 10mm thick, 24mm fork tips, 90mm fork width, 128mm length and the g10 they use just feels niiiiiiice (bullet proof). Its a catty genuinely worthy of a place in my pocket, next to my SpyderCo Manix2.

the xo would be my choice too out of that lot I have mine wrapped in paracord and clamps on which are available for it from Wasp

@@411Outdoors Another vote here for the Wasp band clamps! Very high quality and a secure fit. Just got my XO this morning as I already have the Enzo, both a perfect fit in my hand.

@@411Outdoors yeah. I can remember back in the day and I was shooting 9.5 steel with .5 bands and everyone was saying, no way that works, they are too light. I believe that I was one of the first to throw medium and large ammo with .5 bands. Now it's the latest and greatest thing. It's crazy how we naturally think thicker is better .

@@411Outdoors yeah I can imagine. I bought a Barnett black widow, lasted one day. I've just ordered 2 wasp xo with clamps and extra bands so hopefully it'll last longer. See tbh could probably post clamps without the bolts in an envelope to the US. I'm sure that would be cheap

I like the design of the scout xt but don't find it pocketable, I picked up a "hegarty slings h44 universal tip" instead, has the same general shape, less ergo, but still comfortable as hell, solid in the hand and does ott or ttf. Will take a decent width band too
The Scout is definitely a big boy. More of a pack slingshot and definitely not very pocketable. The LT is much more pocketable for sure. Does the Hegarty have a little weight to it?
@@411Outdoors 62g with bands and pouch so a little, but not too much that it pisses you off swinging around in a pocket when you walk
Plus... it edc's very nicely with a Benchmade 940bk, they suit each other perfectly lol
