It's always a great Saturday when I can hang out with Gayle. You may not have been doing anything new but these kind of videos are fun to play while I'm crafting, cleaning my craft room, organizing my supplies or printing digis. I love just hearing your chat. Thanks for sharing your ideas and for promoting others. Looking forward to seeing the ladies you listed here. Thanks again. 💜
Morning Gayle, sitting here with my first cup of coffee of the day, indulging in my favourite pastime, watching you do wonderful collaging. Yours always looks so pretty and neat, mine ............ well we will say no more!!!! My prayers and thoughts are with your daughter and her family and I pray that their recovery is going to be a speedy one and that they all might be feeling better really soon-soon. Have a wonderful Sunday with Blessings and hugs. Diana
I remember all the beautiful stuff that my grandmother made with old feed sacks. It's lovely materials. I wish I had some of those old towels and curtains and clothes that she made. Beautiful as always! Wuvs ya tons. 😍🐞🥰
We are in the low 50's here in Wisconsin. It's been raining. But the trees are turning green, lawns too. This is my favorite time of the year, a new beginning.
Hello Gayle, hoping your having a great weekend. Weather here is getting warmer, East Coast. Plants are popping up, trees have buds, rabbits are out and about in the yard and plenty of sneezing too. Spring has sprung. Enjoyed your video today. 👍🌼🌼🌼🐰
Nice and warm in Central West Texas. Already have baby sparrows in the birdhouse. Rain in the forecast next week. Yea!!! Love the feedsack prints. My grandmother made me an apron years ago. I still wear it.
I have a friend in Kalispell, Montana that posted a video on her Facebook this morning of snow falling sideways and I thought of Gayle. It’s basically been spring all winter in Northern California. I’ve been waiting for winter to come but now that it’s April it’s not going to come. It’s been in the 80s several times already. Granted, I prefer summer over winter but it’s going to be horribly hot and fiery. I bought an air purifier in anticipation of all the fires this summer and then you won’t be able to buy one, they will be sold out everywhere.
Happy Scrappy Saturday Sis! Thank you so much for the shout out for my new channel and linking it! You are such a great blessing to me! I love the feedback papers, they remind me of my grandmothers, they both had a few of those prints. I bought them immediately the night you released them, don’t be surprised if you see them in my future videos! Have a lovely evening! Love you! ❤️😘🤗
It’s Sunday morning in Sydney Australia when I am watching this. The weather is quite cool and windy. What a nice way to relax, a cuppa and Gayle. Nice way to start Sunday.
Hi Gayle. Here is southern PA spring is on its way. The Bradford pear trees are in bloom. The peach and plum trees in the orchards nearby are in bloom and the apple orchards will be very soon. I live near apple county. I love that my daffodils have bloomed and the bushes and trees are starting to leaf out. I love those flour sack papers. Your pages turned out cute.
The other day when you shared your feed sack digis, I must admit, I didn’t pay much attention. Today, while watching, it occurred to me how gorgeous they are! Boy, those first two edged paper you made are absolutely eye-catching. Fun day Gayle! ❤️
Good morning Gayle!! Love scrappy Saturday's!! I want to try this again but I need to use smaller pieces of scraps so I don't cover up the page like last time!! 😂 I hope your daughter and her family are recovering. My daughter's test was negative!! She's staying down in her area of the house away from her roommate. I wish she could come stay with us, but don't want to risk it!! Have an awesome weekend...💜
Gayle, I am so happy you told us about the new youtube channels. I have been waiting for Laurette's to start a channel for a quit sometime now! I am so happy you are spreading the word, she is so talented and so deserving like yourself! Scrappy Saturday is so relaxing! enjoy the weather, today is the first warm day in Boston, and the buds started erupting their little heads! Cherish those moments with your husband, just a beautiful time of the year!

As always really enjoyed watching your scrappy saturday and I love your feed sack digis going to have to get me some! I don't always comment but I'm always watching lol
I always love your Scrappy Saturday’s , and I love the pages you did today, they are really are fun to make. You know, I always dance around to that commercial too, I love it, ha ha .... my hubby just rolls his eyes at me, and that’s even funnier, 😂😂😂
I been saying extra prayers for your daughter and family in Colorado. Got my second shot yesterday. I started to get tears afterward Want to get back to what normal is going to be after covid-19.
Hi gayle , I just subbed to those new channels, thank you for helping them.out.xx alanna live watching you.do this relaxing in bed on Sunday morning its cold
LoveLoveLove & just added the feed sack 2 set to my Etsy cart :) (great trick when printing is to click the letter-size no border ~ if you arent going to deckle)
I suffer with osteoarthritis and i find slow stitching really affects my fingers. I know you said at one time you suffer with arthritis, so I find to just take it slow. Only do it once in a while. Love your videos.
HAHA we make our own sayings from that commercial that goes along with our dogs. You really don't want me to say what they are. Nothing bad, just not something I wont share. Just know that we are in a new home and getting the dogs use to taking care of business outside has been hard on them. Spring is here in South Carolina big time. Pollen is out in force. Thank you for all your wonderful ideas. I have just started doing JJ in the last 3 months. WE downsized and moved from a large house with lots of stairs to a small house with no stairs. I lost my large craft room and had to take up something that would not take up as much room. Can't wait to really get started.
Hey Gayle! It's Saturday! Yeah! Time to catch up with you once again! I finally finished subbing the 2nd grade class, but the rest of the week was K & 1st grade. I literally come home and fall asleep in my chair after dinner. Generally watching the series we like, which have finally come out with their new seasons: Murdoch Mysteries and Brokenwood Mysteries on Acorn (thru Amazon). They are both such fun shows, though Murdoch is in, I think, it's 14th season. So, the stories are starting to get a little corny. Brokenwood is in it's 7th, but still seems to have some good material. Both give us an occasional good laugh and help with the gloom days of COVID. So, I listened a little while ago to your video with Katie. You and she sounded so happy together. It was really good to hear you giggling and laughing. A great way to start my day! And yes, Katie is a real sweetie pie! Love hearing your relationship blossoming, I got my COVID vaccine yesterday along with my hubby. The one dose Johnson and Johnson one. I had read on the Internet that it can hurt for 1 out of 2 people. Well, guess who it hurt? Yup, me. My hubby said it barely even pinched him. But me? Owwwww! LOL! But the pharmacy did give me a goody bag to make the hurt feel better. Amazing what a bag of Cheetos can do for an owie. LOL! Loving the papers you are using for the collage. I will have to check them out and get some. Speaking of owies, I tripped on something and had a fall after watching the video with Katie this morning. Thought I was okay...nothing hurt...but now, my right wrist is hurting as I keep typing. That wrist has an old break from my teen years, so I hope it's nothing more than a sprain. It's been getting worse, so I think I'll sign off for now, my friend, and take a run to the hospital to get checked out. Wow, I'm so klutzy anymore. Anyway, have a great rest of your Saturday, Gayle! I'll chat later about what the doc says. I'm thinking its just a strain, so no worries. I'm a tough old bird! Gotta love the senior moments! LOL God bless! Sue
@@gayleagostinelli_ct @Gayle Agostinelli LOL For sure! And I'd probably eat the entire bag, too. LOL Well, they didn't see any fracture. But the ER doc thought it could be a hairline fracture of the trapezium bone in the wrist that won't show up with an x-ray. Or a very bad strain. So he wants me to see ortho on Monday. I'm in a brace now and its one I cant move my thumb. A bummer. but will get through. It's funny how I went about 3 hours and didn't feel anything. Then the pain hit fast. It's better with the brace on, but I can't do anything without hurting. I'm a bit disappointed as in a week we are driving out to see my hubby's daughter in Southwest WY. She's graduating college. We are also looking at possible places to live along the way. Though, don't think we'll get up to MT this trip, but will eventually as it's still on our list of possibilities. Anyway, thanks for your kind thought, my friend. I truly appreciate it. Big hug! 💖💖
Oh dear, you were wanting to deprive us of the lovely sound of tearing paper? That sound is right up there with the sound scissors make cutting something that is laying on a table. LOL let the tearing begin!
Oh I meant to tell you ice!! Ice your thumb and hand. It is great for the inflammation you are feeling and numbs the pain. Also the icy hot gel is good if you don’t wanna use ice.
I don't even try and my granddaughters think I'm crazy, looney. Lol I'm just fortunate that they still love me. Oh, and since I learned long ago to laugh at my loonieness, they know they can giggle, laugh or even guffaw at me, (as long as they explain why)..🤣
I use them for bases for journal cards, tags, belly bands etc. I collage one side with decorative paper and the flip side with plain coffee dyed or other papers, so it can be written/journaled on. Hope that helps! ❤️
That’s what I have to do with my HP, I have to lie to it and tell it I’m printing on photo paper or presentation paper in order for it to print borderless but I found out a lot of printers won’t do it. I was going to buy an Epson eco-tank when they had a really good sale at Costco before Christmas and I looked up all the specs first and it would not print borderless any larger than 4“ x 6“. Great if you’re printing photos useless for us journal makers.
I love the feed sack prints! But what is this feed sack fabric actually? I take it you over there know the ins and outs of it but I am sitting here thinking 🤔 did they make sacks full of food out of the most wonderful printed fabrics in the US? It likely is one of those things well known in one part of the world while the rest of the world is kinda going “what are they talking about” Or maybe ‘the rest of the world’ is just me 😁 Yeah I can think up with a likely explanation but then I still would not know for sure. And you know me, miss know-it-all (hardly 😁) I like to know 🤭 Thanks again Gayle for telling your subscribers about me ☺️ I just love the way English speaking peeps mispronounce my last name! If I were to translate kool, it would be either coal or cabbage so as you see, nothing cool about it. But cool with a K, now we are talking 😎🤣❤️
You are as cool as they come, my friend! 😉. The feed sack fabric was used to hold flour and sugar and more in the 1920’s. Women saved the sacks to repurpose into clothing for themselves and their daughters. Sure wish we could’ve held on to that practice instead of everything going plastic! It was recycling at it’s best. Feed sack fabric is still available here at antique stores, etc. It’s rather expensive, but I love it so much!! Love and hugs, dear one! Stay Kool! 😂❤️
@@gayleagostinelli_ct Oh I was close, but no sigar 😁 I was thinking of the sacks they hang around horses necks so the can eat hay or grain or whatever they feed horses in those sacks 😁 Sugar and flour and such makes much more sense 😂 And I agree with you. Wouldn’t be awesome if such things would make a comeback! ❤️
just love your feed sack graphic's, next payday Im getting them! Also have just re-opened my etsy shop ( Krafting Kitty Kat ) & would love it if you gal's take a look.

Big hug! 💖💖
We were in the 70's here in Virginia today.
Our spring lasted about a week and now we are full blown summer. 90+° every day this week. Phew, it's gonna be a hot summer
Oh dear, you were wanting to deprive us of the lovely sound of tearing paper? That sound is right up there with the sound scissors make cutting something that is laying on a table. LOL let the tearing begin!
U seem like u would be so much fun to be around Mrs. Gayle. ❤️
What do you do with the glue pages after you use them up and fold them?
I use them for bases for journal cards, tags, belly bands etc. I collage one side with decorative paper and the flip side with plain coffee dyed or other papers, so it can be written/journaled on. Hope that helps! ❤️
How much do you spend on ink to print out all of these digital papers? Loving your stuff!
Not much. I have an Epson EcoTank printer and it prints 4,500 color copies before needing an ink refill. And the ink is reasonably priced! ❤️
I bought one and it is great!
😊😊😊
Hi Gayle, why don’t you print your papers full bleed/borderless? I can trick my computer into it if I pretend to have photo paper.
I haven’t been able to figure out how to do it in my Epson. 🥴❤️
Good morning sweet Gayle 🤗
Morning Marilyn! ❤️
Too Cute❣️❣️❣️
Hi Gayle, I'm a new subscriber! 🤗
Welcome to my channel, Trish! I’m so glad you’re here! ❤️
Cute
I love the feed sack prints! But what is this feed sack fabric actually? I take it you over there know the ins and outs of it but I am sitting here thinking 🤔 did they make sacks full of food out of the most wonderful printed fabrics in the US? It likely is one of those things well known in one part of the world while the rest of the world is kinda going “what are they talking about” Or maybe ‘the rest of the world’ is just me 😁 Yeah I can think up with a likely explanation but then I still would not know for sure. And you know me, miss know-it-all (hardly 😁) I like to know 🤭
Thanks again Gayle for telling your subscribers about me ☺️ I just love the way English speaking peeps mispronounce my last name!
