It can be about any Psychology, it's a pattern. Our subconscious mind always try to find reference from existing experience.
So once a mistake is always a mistake, ultimately that becomes an Addiction.
The only way of breaking the the pattern is Neurological Rewiring of our brain ( Called as Neuro-Plasticity)
As a trader consciously we have to train our subconscious mind about Trading Emotion, Pattern, Calculation, Entry, Exit and all other External activities happening out-side.
You can only re-map your own thought, but you don't have any control over the external factors ( I called it Environment )
Never ever Guilt for a Wrong Trade or Loss, Once you Neutralize the Loss with Guilt, it will become a Pattern and you will do the same mistakes again and again.
Rather re-evaluate, why is happened, re-evaluate Pattern, Calculation, Entry, Exit, look of other opportunities, be resourceful within yourself.
Be Mindful and born a Trader Within.
