It's funny because it's true. Granted not all of our locos have those really deep whistles like that, but it is common.

I quite agree with THAT as with Eastleigh Lakeside Steam Railway literally opposite Southampton Airport, the aeroplanes taking off and landing can be a bit of a nuisance when filming the miniature steam locomotives in action. By the way, great out-takes once again as always! :) :D

I'm a yank from California w/o much interest in British rail except for the Welsh 2 footers but yootoob in it's infinite random wisdom suggested your channel as something I ought to watch. I've probably watch 15 or more of your videos now and I find them entertaining, informative etc, very well done, well scripted, paced, all those good things. I wish someone would do similar for us in the states. Oh, wait, once you get the passport stuff sorted you'll be here for a visit. Problem solved. Good luck with it all.

Chris, you should not have the need to be stressed over minor noise on site control of both the mouth and mind can be achieved with ease
When it's as intrusive on the microphone as that, it becomes distracting. We're happy to work around noise, but in this particular case, everything that could become a distraction did so.
