He's more comfortable as a KR and has no experience as PR.
Same as Isaiah Rodgers. While I'd love Coop not to return punts, they clearly don't trust Anias Smith on PR yet when Covey isn't playing. Hopefully he doesn't get hurt.
Fielding a punt is a completely different skill set than fielding a kickoff. It’s much more difficult
