After learning this song on guitar I have a new respect for how difficult out it is even without trying to sing. Nuts good.

I love when Brian kicks his voice into overdrive. It's soothing and then WHAM! You can't help but feel lifted by it. Makes me want to punch holes in timespace.

When I'm 40 years old, I will look back on this album as the record that defined my college years. In the midst of a lot of label-produced bands, dance pop, and more-than-enough rock bands that are afraid to get noisy, these guys created a masterpiece of an album.

I am with you. These guys and girl have the most unique and best sound I have ever heard. Not since the deadboys and violent femmes in the 70s have I heard anything this unique. SSPU is so much better than everybody else. SSPU are truly masters of their craft.

I love this song, before anything I do that consists of me on a team. I think of this song, we as a team are Royal, and we are capable of overcoming ANY obstacle that comes in our way. The Royal We.
Favorite band of ALL time... I can't believe how amazing these guys and gal are! When they come to San Diego again I can't wait to hear how neck of the woods will sound in concert. I'm obsessed and they are all I listen to. They nailed it when I think what music should sound like. I love how they just go at with so much emotion and the drummer just goes crazy. Unique and amazing.

A lot of good bands got buried after midnight on MTV2
/Subterranean back in the Aughts that never got mainstream airplay. It's still happening now on YT, Bandcamp etc. Good music isn't dead it's just hard to find.

I really love this performance. Absolutely fantastic live band which is a sign of any really good band.
Autotune can be used live... but this band doesn't do auto correction. Sometimes the mistakes are just as beautiful as the intended.

It's great, but it's actually the outro to the title track, "There's No Secrets This Year". On the album, that track leads seamlessly into this one.

The lead singer, Brian, has a Lazy Eye people. It can be connected to why they wrote the song "LAZY EYE". His vocals are similar to Billy Corgan's of The Smashing Pumpkins. Excellent and Legendary Band. They are calling SSPU THE NEXT PUMPKINS. I agree. :)
