Valhalla Scientific 2101 AC/DC Power Analyzer Repair

This video is a simple Valhalla Scientific 2101 AC/DC Power Analyzer repair. The symptom of the problem was that the screens blinked on and off. The power analyzer had a shorted tantalum capacitor.
