They're planning on that happening in Japan and by next year the US Hasbro company will be starting to make official tournaments. Small groups throughout the US already have small tournaments using japanese rules for tourneys
It's weird watching this when you can easily tell the props are x beys but the story is about metal fusion. "This toy took cafeterias by storm" what do you mean it's still actively in circulation, I HAVE THAT ONE.
Bro, beyblades is still the coolest thing. They had to ban them on the school yard at my school cause these gambling rings got set up around the stadiums everyone brought
It was always so painful for me when I would play beyblade in school because for some reason nobody was concerned about the sound when you don't stop turning the beyblade on the launcher
It is popular again. The current generation, Beyblade X, is seeing the biggest amount of new players in the history of the franchise, ranging from all ages.
@@orion_starchaser I mean, you're right, but I feel like it's become more niche, for example, you hardly see kids bringing their beys to school anymore (or at least I haven't seen it in my area) let alone blader teams. I feel like I got into beyblade too late to experience something like that, I'm currently 16 years old and I'm trying to make Beyblade popular in my high school, but it doesn't seem to be working and they'll probably see me as the weird guy who still plays with toys.
This brought back great memories: On Wednesday nights, my parents would have Get-togethers at our house, while my friend and I would have epic Beyblade battles in a different room. They actually got intense though, because I think we were told to quiet down a few times…
Once, I sharpened my beyblade, I felt bad, but the reactions to everyone's favorite beyblade getting ripped to shreds were fantastic I just feel like a bad person now
Sadly, they got banned and made Beyblade burst. I remember going to target and getting that giant orange Beyblade container and 5 new Beyblades for my Birthday. I miss the good old days. (My family still can buy em from India).
@@UltraATorres Idk if at the time my brother had lied to me (I am the youngest) but he had told me that a Beyblade had went in someone's eye and caused them to lose in eye.
You know it’s crazy though I had a $43,000 blade blade or whatever you call it and I didn’t even know it. I got the thing for like 40 bucks and it was unstoppable. I even forgot how to put it back together. I could throw it the hardest I can against concrete and it never broke.
My wife said my stepson was into beyblade. It wasn't until I arrived to visit for Thanksgiving I saw how much. I bought him his first launcher and boy nearly tackled me to the ground with the hug he gave me. It was very nostalgic sitting there watching him in awe over spinning his beys and swapping out the bits. It was really cool to see phoenix could actually stop standing perfectly straight up.
I remember there was this one white beyblade that we all called the "best beyblade" i remember my friend gave one to me and it made me feel like i won the lottery🤣🤣
For real beyblades where hello popular since kindergarten but now when I used to be in 4th grade beyblade died out I was the only person to have a beyblade left
I always played with beyblades along time ago, the key to winning is watching how they spin, and launch your bey as hard as you can in the opposite direction of where the other bey spins.
I remember back in my school me and like 10 other kids all crowded together to play with Beyblades. But really only half of us had beyblades and we watched while the half that did half beyblades some didn’t even have a launcher. So we many of us just hand spined those who had them. Mann I loved those memories.
Beyblades were so fun during school, I remember every Friday the boys and I would get each of our best beyblades and would alternate with who got their stadium, we would do solos and tag matches, man that was so fun
I wanted one, but couldn't get one, and what my classmates did is make the arena from 2 chairs in school And that 1 classmates that was banned from battles because he had a glued together bayblade
I remember in kindergarten, my school had the bottom of an incomplete slide in the middle of the playground, and all the boys were doing beyblade battles on it when we went outside
