If the cops "bust" into the wrong house you the resident will be IMMEDIATELY thrown on the ground/floor at gunpoint and handcuffed within the first few seconds....if you aren't murdered outright. There won't be any "discreetly record" the officers happening. If you want their actions documented you must have recording equipment in place and active from BEFORE they kick in the door. That equipment must not be readily identifiable as a camera, if it is the cops will seek out the recording and destroy the evidence of their criminality. THEN...if you survive and are ever allowed a phone call, you can seek an attorney and MAYBE get justice in court....after a few years. But don't hold your breath waiting for justice. It's as rare as a hen with teeth.
Cops are not hired for their careful thoughtfulness or intelligence. In fact, candidates who are too intelligent will not be hired, as exposed in Robert Jordan vs. City of New London (2000). Police engage in impulsive brutality. They have no reason not to, as they are largely immune from any consequences or attempts at redress. Even when they do abusive things and break the law, prosecutors abuse their discretion and refuse to bring charges. The cop and his buddies will cover it up. Even when police lie under oath, whether it's for an affidavit for a search warrant, a sworn report pursuant to an arrest, live on the stand, or following a violent incident, the police are not charged with perjury. Judges and prosecutors just regard it as normal, as "cops being cops." The culture of police is not to respect civilian life or to obey the law.
Theoretically good advice but i've seen dozens of these types of videos here on youtube and the cops are breaking down the door running in with flashlights and assault rifles a rough up the residents and put them in handcuffs. You tell them it's the wrong house. And they continue to search through all your blongings
Did the cops go too far?? Watch: th-cam.com/video/UoqXCC6Gc10/w-d-xo.html
We've all seen the body cam footage where it will most definitely not de-escalate the situation, but it will help set up a future lawsuit

60 minutes of trying to survive basically!
One minute before you live or die.
