      Hi, Any twin switch could be used in the same form factor, the installation is a straight swap. I am happy to supply you with one including installation guide. If you are interested please get in touch via email on the address noted in the description.
      Kind regards
      Peter

      Hi,
      Most which I tried from Ali was slightly undersized, so the switch did move up and down it is loose. Drop me an email

    Hey thanks for the video, I'm still learning on the gaggia but Wouldn't the PID provide the stability already why doing intrashot temp surfing?

    • @BREWBETTER
      @BREWBETTER  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, the PID will only be accurate to a certain point. Throughout a standard double shot it usually drops around 4-5°C. Checkout my older videos on temperature management.
      With intrashot temp surfing you are not only able to compensate for that, but temperature profiling is also achievable.

    Interesting. In this example, the PID is really acting as just a thermometer, and you're doing full manual control of the temp, right?

      Yes, correct. The PID is there as a backup if I am lazy, or another family member uses the machine.

    This is sweet! Quick question... With the box on top, can you still fill up the tank from the funnel from the top? Or is it removed and you fill up by removing the tank?

    • @BREWBETTER

      Thank you. Very good question. Yes, there is a food grade silicone hose in the kit to extend the length of the funnel, so it is as easy to refill as originally.

    This is so clean! The led and extra temp control is amazing! I'm wondering how you managed to separate the steam team and solenoid valve?

    • @BREWBETTER
      @BREWBETTER  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you. These functions normally controlled by the same switch (steam function switch), so the twin switch separates these functions.

    May I know what parts you use to adjust the pressure ?

      Hi, I use a simple 2kW DC motor controller dimmer (triac circuit) and a 3.3kOhm power resistor hooked parallel to the pump.
