I like how majority of the song feels like it's the usual affair but then at 5:21, the tension kicks up a notch with the sustained note gradually shifting up. It's a good way of communicating the fear kicking in, even if it's only brief.

I'll probably listen to DoD II as the "cool HL mashup" while these ones as the proper "Downpour HL", cant wait to see what else you have in store for the game!
