    Hello, my son has a Rando 2 CI but he's not getting sound responses yet , when i use the remote it do not blink on the processor , what do i do ?

      Regarding the FineTuner remote, your son's audiologist or clinical staff would have configured your son's FineTuner. If you need to synchronize the FineTuner to your son's audio processor, please ensure you are within range.     لدا طفلي رندو 2وضعته فاليل علا الشحن وكان لايوجد فيه ايا شئ استيقظت في الصباح وجدته لايعمل علا رأس الطفل ويعطي زر احمر وزر ازرق
