I just wanted to let y’all know if y’all are going through a hard time right now... whether it’s breakup, loss, or just basic life problems, just keep your chin up high. Don’t ever give up, because you are a special, beautiful person. It’s about heart, and character. Keep going no matter how hard it is. Try things that keep your mind off of whatever it is, go workout, go to people that care about you, if you don’t have anyone then find someone. I promise shit happens to everybody, but it’s those that keep striving for themselves that end up on top. Look for yourself no matter what is holding you down, sometimes it’s the people that are close to us that we find ourselves in. I never really liked how the show portrayed Mordecai's breakup. I mean, it was great when it came to showing how hard he had taken it, especially that scene with him and Rigby sitting on the roof together, but the montage of him recovering was treated like any other montage in the show when it really couldn't be farther. In this show, characters get beaten and shot and even killed, but this was the first time there had been a scene where it was real. It wasn't physical, or brain freeze or anything, just Mordecai and his feelings. But his depression was resolved in about a minute of screen time. But this is perfect. The music and the effects just accent the scene so well with the dull colors. Considering how much emotion characters can show, and how the end made it seem like it was all just Mordecai reflecting on what he's lost, it really struck a chord with me. Mordecai has gotta be one of the most complex and relatable characters on the show just based around his issues with relationships, and how often he seems to think there's something wrong with him personally. It really helps to see his pals there to support him; I think just in general, this was an amazing clip. Really, how the hell did this run on cartoon network? Not just this scene being deep, but also the several usages of real guns and other weapons, gangs, even the now censored cussing in the earlier seasons. It's crazy.
A show so silly when you talk about it out loud, but JG made em go through some real stuff. Mordecai was always a chill and sensitive dude. Rigby hiding his insecurities through his obnoxiousness. But help each other out. Good to have your bros

Nothing seems to bother u anymore because your just numb. All you think about is why is this happening and u stay in complete silence and when someone asks if ur okay u say yeah even when ur not. Fake depression is people asking for the attention they want people to know how “depressed” they are and they do all they can do to make people feel sympathetic. Thats how u tell the difference.
