This film is fuckin' terrific, and It is exactly what movies should be! That being: it's own completely engrossing and original telling of a story set in a world which follows ALL of its own rules, no matter how ridiculous or corny it can be sometimes. I honestly reckon Who Am I and Rumble in the Bronx are two of the rare films that ended up being most unintentionally like a live-action "Anime", as it is completely over the top with way-out characters and scenes that (as you watch it) just end up making you forget about "reality" and draw you into the narrative. A major factor of this is that Jackie Chan performed all of his own stunts, so it adds another layer to the Protagonist being believably extraordinary in the plot, and there also ends up being only a couple of antagonists in this film who can stand up against him (who are also stuntmen!)
