      That's a tough one though
      Renter's have shitty jobs with little room for rent increases.
      I've had a guy living in my suite for over a decade. I give him well below market because I trust him to take care of the place and my cat when I'm away in the winter.
      He plans to live in a motorhome when the time comes that I give up my house.
      I have a friend with the same plan.
      Look for a lot of renters to move on.

      We have a pretty decent hydro damn system here ive heard the west would be able to do the same for 5-6 millions homes, but they don't want to, they need their voters to stay ignorant and uneducated to not ask this kind of stuff and still fill the pockets of the same rich fck !
