I moved to Qatar around 11 years ago and I consider this my true home. And with every passing year my love for this land just keeps growing stronger. I hope to God to stay here for as long as I'm alive and that Abu Hamour be my final aboard on earth!
@@caci3610 the work opportunities for women in general are excellent here. Most of my friends are working women and some of them have high paying positions in companies belonging to the government which is where most people in Qatar aspire to work in due to all the perks. From what I've seen in the past few years in particular more and more women are joining the work force. Even local ladies who have been unemployed all their lives are going back to college and getting career opportunities at well over 30 years of age which is truly commendable.
Fathima Hamid thank you for Quick reply appreciated:) i am in my late thirties i dont hope the age Will be a problem to get a job. I also thought about making handmade cloth to sell maybe it Will be succes dont know. How about the rent is it expensive compared to salary? Thank you!
@@caci3610 Your most welcome and I'm glad to be of help. About the rent situation: when I first moved here house rents tended to be high but in the recent times thanks to many government and private companies opening up new properties rents are now much lower and we also have better choices to suit our budgets. Now even families with middle range incomes can rent out a villa or apartment in compounds that provide many amenities at affordable prices.
