Thank you very much for the answer, now i found it but i faced another problem, it will be really appreciated if you can help me in it I tried three models, the three of them they gave fore me for each element “length, volume , width … etc “ = zero meter No numbers no length just zero
@@ghaithtaher9907 Hi not sure why you are only getting zero. Check all your setting. I would have a look but I don't have Navisworks at the moment but I will soon. Robert
I couldn't find the way to takeoff pipes, cable trays, conduits lenghts according to sizes such as 4", 500x100, Ø50..., it is giving bulk lenghts, not separated diameter sizes
Hi Fatih, I had the same problem too. What I have done for sizes of pipe size and fitting in the past was to do them in Revit, because I haven't as well figure that one out. Very sorry I can't help but I will investigate, we did a data center tons of pipes conduit etc. we had to quantify pipes and fittings in Revit.
@@unidesigndc Thanks for your quick response, I'm working in subcon scope is not included design, our contracter dont release us rvt files. they are sending nwd , dwg , pdf files. thats why I need to find easy way to takeoff quantity. otherwise it is taking so long time
@@fatihcengiz16 Wow the contractor has to release the revit model, because that's all you can do, how do they expect for you to do coordination. I would do what we call is a contingency stating we could not do an accurate take-off because we don't have access to the Revit model....wow you are going through what I go through on my job its hard working for people that don't understand what we do
great video sir. very helpful :)
Your Welcome Anurag
Thank you very much I have a problem when i click right click the “ take off “ bar doesn’t appear, anyone know the solution?
Hi not sure why that is happening. Are you using Navisworks manage?
