It is variable. Feel the gluteal area and if it is soft then it is fine to lay--that usually takes 4 weeks but can be longer in some patients.

What would you recommend for ladies who are not very soft at the front hips - would stretching out the skin and tissue using fillers and help ? Like use fillers , stretch it out and wait for the fillers to get reabsorbed.

Hey Doc, I have a question for you and it might be a dumb question. I understand the explanation of creating the og line and maximizing. But let's say you have a client that wants everything you mentioned plus cheek mass. How do you maximize or fill in those areas? Or did you answer this question by stating that after creating the og line you maximize at the highest projection points? When you maximize at these points, are the cheeks formed during this particular stage in the process? Thanks :)

I underestand ur point doctor but as a patient the wish pic is what we want and shouldnt be discredited regardless we do know that we dont have the same body but we need to show u want we want and how we want our abs to be sculpted the way we want so i hope u wont send someone away because of their wish pic??
I don't accept wish pics. I would suggest seeing a surgeon who will follow your wish pic and make you look exactly like your wish pic. Unfortunately I can't do that.

I don’t agree with this because for myself I already a front hourglass just not the back therefore I wouldn’t want any fat added to my hips. So you telling me you not going to do what IM paying for how I want
No I am not saying that. I am just saying that I have a certain way--I follow the Ogee--and that's what I can do. I can't operate based on a photo. But certainly there are many surgeons who can and if you have a specific look you wan then meet with several surgeons and find the one that is the best fit for you.
