As because the query centres around mercury and Sun in the chart in question ....9th lord in 7th aspected by yogakaraka Saturn gives stability to the native's buddhi, but it's afflicted also at the same time by Rah-ket axis and Saturn, plus 7th lord in 6th and Jupiter in 8th afflicted by sun, 11th lord. Although the native will have tolerance and endurance for 7th house matters but at the end viraakti/ detachment is on the cards. Lagna lord although exalted, is afflicted by malefic and maraka Mars.
This native is a workoholic and neglecting his/her family life.He/she will always be dissatisfied with his/her partner and on constant comparison mode with office colleagues and might hv extra marital affairs ... In this Libra ascendant chart Mercury is not only afflicted by ketu and saturn but very weak also. Mercury has no directional strength placed in the sign which does not contribute much to the natural significance of Mercury; then placed with ketu which contradicts mercury's natural behavior. Saturn's aspect though not that bad but still afflicting mercury.
Lagnesh from both the ascendants is Venus exalted, moon also exalted but afflicted shows any decision can be taken in overconfidence / abruptly specially after marriage regarding business or investment which was not beneficial or proved to be a disaster. Weak 9th lord is aspecting lagan, can give worries regarding father and luck. In this case this alone mercury is not welcoming and great.
