Pam, I completely agree!!!! I miss having local stores. It was lovely being able to chat to the staff, pick up a tea to go and get to smell/taste the new teas. They also have exclusive teas in their retail stores...some which are my favourite ones! They have been posting they are opening more retail stores again. Fingers crossed we have ones open up closer to us!!!
