@@compositions That opening trio of Aberinkula, Metatron and Ilyena is just the best opening trio on any album imho. And I love the way Aberinkula just opens straight up with everything - the album starts out like it carries on for 75 minutes ... relentless ... and I love it for that.
@@clearlyeminent4430 what about the first five in a row... from aberinkula to goliath, there are a perfect set for jogging, running or making deals with the devil. Tourniquet man is the turning point and then until conjugal burns there are tremendously powerfull and variable rhythms that makes this album pretty damn flawless.
I need to hear *something* from De-loused, Frances, or Amputechture done with a full symphony orchestra someday in my lifetime! Those albums are begging to be even bigger than they already are!
From 2:30 you can hear how good is Omar's composition with this orchestral arrangement. That part in particular is just mindblowing.
Bravo! I can't hear the end without expecting it to go straight into Metatron. Can't wait to see what you put out next!!!
That's how I felt, too. That kick into Metatron just really solidifies how awesome the beginning of Bedlam in Goliath is. Thanks for watching!

Thank you for your performance. "aberinkula" is one of my favorite volta pieces. Your rendition really captures the eastern mood of the album.
This is such a good rendition! Mars Volta works too well with symphonic music, I love it!
Classical musicians and the Mars Volta feel time differently.
Wtf! I've been looking for good covers of TMV how is that this never appeared? Is just amazing
I need more orchestral Volta. This is freakin spectacular.
Holy cow, that trumpet scream.

Guess who picked the song (look at the director)
Reasonable guess, but no, it was the clarinet player (me).
