I've never had Instagram or Tiktok. I'm usually on Facebook but have been taking a break from that for 6 months! Having a rest from scoial media is a wise idea...
I don't watch many TH-camrs but you come across as real and honest which I like. Don't feel pressured to act fake or try to be anyone else. You're unique and so do your own thing.
I'm chronically ill and house-bound (mostly bed-bound too) so I've learnt over the last 10+ years I can 'embrace my own pace'. Self-care isnt selfish. Look after yourself 🫂💝✨
