This game is called MUGEN, and it's existed for quite a long time. You can put virtually any character on a fighting game roster, so long as it's in the MUGEN archive
@@KIKROX86 I don't think so. Akuma is way more powerful freelance fighter that not even Violent Ken is not strong enough. The best way to defeat Akuma is to conquer Ken's Violent ki with the Power of Nothingness with the help of both Ryu and Rose.
