As a lady who was working while processing my study visa, rule number 1: DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB! I had a rejection after waiting for about 6 weeks. Thankfully I appealed and got a response within 7days. My suggestion to working people trying to go for studies is, if you can, apply for a study leave from your employer after getting your visa. Polish students perform better than American, British, French and German ones: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Programme_for_International_Student_Assessment#PISA_2018_ranking_summary How to compare it to the UK? Studying in Poland is much cheaper, but you study many more subjects in each semester. You learn more and teachers demand more from you. If you fail an exam in Poland, you can retake it. If you fail an exam in the UK, you are allowed to retake it once and you get the lowest pass mark of 40%, no matter if you performed much better during your second attempt. If you fail your exam the second time, your British university dismisses you and you are not a student anymore. You can retake your degree, paying full fee. Poland is not like that. Also, it’s cleaner and safer ;-)
