Technically it is rescue one but due to copy right they made it R9 instead of manhattan R1

Yes lower settings but still good reason being is it’s poorly optimized at the moment.

This is not the new update. Car accident have been in manhattan for some time. The new update will add more and refine them even more.

That is correct. For recording I lower my settings so I get higher FPS. I also run low settings in general as the game is poorly optimized
