Why would the USA want to take over TSMC ? They don't hold any proparty or know how technology. That the USA doesn't have or can't replicate albeit significantly more costly because they need to abide by environments and labor laws. All TSMC is good for is its inexpensive well trained highly skill labor force. TSMC is also heavily dependent on tools and material from the USA.That's one of the biggest reasons they can dictate Nederland and Taiwan around. Not sure how updated you are on the semiconductor industry but. One of the material that the USA supplies. Is in fact in jeopardy now. And is so crucial to the industry that if not fix. Can result in a major disrupt to the global semiconductor production. You can read more about the Mineral. I'm talking about in the link or use google. But stop with that nonsense that the USA is trying to take over TSMC. As that doesn't make any sense. Infackt the golden days of TSMC might be over now. because of events that happening in Ukraine. Has med mad usa rethink its
      supply chain.
