of course. will try to next time and have been more recently in unreleased videos. The Slight problem for me tho is a quite big muscle imbalance on my right side of my back makes it almost impossible for a real full range of motion.
@Yuixy do unilateral (one side at a time) exercises for your back. always start with your weaker side, and do the same amount of reps for both sides. if you did 8 reps for your weaker side, don't do 12 for the stronger side, do also 8 for the stronger side to make the weaker side have more stimulus to grow and catch up. i hope this helps :) exercises such as one-arm lat pulldown or one-arm seated cable row are the best in my opinion :D wish you luck brother
thank for the advice man I will definately try incorporate it more. If you look in my latest video you'll see i do the kneeling 1 arm high row thing but i need to start matching the rep amount on each side bc i just do to failure normally and my left is a decent bit stronger usually. I also am trying to train rear delts more to sort of pull into place and equal out the back
Keep up the good work bro 💪🏻
thanks man. :)

thanks bro :)
Maybe do gym sketches
Anyways keep it up 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
ooh good idea. I'd have to find someone to help with that though and idk if my gym is the sort that would allow but definately worth a shot.
do more range of motion on this incline dumbbell press, touch the dumbbells to your chest. this is what gives more gains. try it out
