    Mass Effect: Andromeda is an action role-playing game in which the player takes control of either Scott or Sara Ryder from a third-person perspective. Both Ryders' appearances and first names can be determined by the player. The appearance of their father, Alec, is automatically adjusted based on how the Ryder twins look. Upon beating the game, a New Game+ is unlocked, which allows the player to restart the game with certain bonuses and switch to using the other Ryder, if interested. Players can also choose to continue playing with their existing character and complete unfinished missions.
    Unlike previous installments in the Mass Effect series, where players begin each new game by choosing from six different character classes that each have their own unique set of skills, players instead have free rein to assign any skills that they want and build towards a specialty over the course of the game. For example, if the player chooses to invest solely in biotic skills, Ryder will unlock the Adept profile, which results in bonuses related to that play style. Experience points for spending on skills are earned by completing missions, and there is no cap on the number of points that can be earned. Points assigned to each skill can be constantly reallocated so that players can experiment with multiple gameplay approaches without having to restart their games and build up their skills from scratch again.

    something to quickly correct, only just noticed as I checked again after uploading.
    I put the Aerial Performance Optmizer on the screen as the arms armour special augment, It should be the Aerial Lubricant for tech damage, apologies for that folks.

    Great guide! Really love the attention to detail you put into these. Really remarkable how close your proposed build is to my own. There was one recommendation I would suggest however: at rank 4 Tactical Cloak, Damage > Recharge. If you're really concerned about tech cooldown, put tech recharge modules into your sword... The damage bonuses at rank 4 more than makes up for it. Think about it this way:
    Substituting kinetic coils for tech recharge augmentations in the sword means you would have +25% tech recharge speed... nearly equivalent to the recharge you get from rank 4 Recharge (30%). However, this would decrease cooldown for ALL tech powers, not just TC. You trade off losing 15% weapon damage, BUT you gain a whopping 40% gun damage or 50% power/melee damage when breaking cloak. This damage bonus really becomes noticeable with powerful weapons like the Dhan or Isharay.
    By taking recharge speed at rank 4, you could never hope to match the lost damage (40-50%) through augmentations (best you can do is 15%). Conversely, it is easy to approach the 30% TC cooldown bonus through augmentations.
    In conclusion, by taking damage at rank 4 TC and putting tech recharge mods in the melee weapon, you get better recharge rates for all your tech powers (rather than just TC), plus substantially higher burst damage when breaking cloak.

    Excellent video! So well done man. Almost identical to my build I'm running on my second insanity play through. I'm excited for you to try biotic build too. That's my fav build so far from my first insanity run. Charge, annihilation, lance.

    Looks fun-I wish I knew how to build from level 1 though....all builds always show complete ones, I never know what to focus on first

      Yeah, it's not the easiest, I kinda just weighed everything as I went along, focused on the rebuffs first though, for speeding up enemy kills, then the shielding and health a bit before expending to weapon buffing.
      It's vague, but can't really give you a very detailed one

    Killed my first Archie, and on Insanity using something like this design. Infiltrator profile so sprints lose enemy targeting, Plasma Seeking Piranha w/ Bio-Converter, N7 Valiant w/ Bio-converter, and N7 Sticky Grenade Valkyrie w/ Vintage Heat Sink. Profile skills were Tac Cloak, Incinerate, and Turbocharge. While it kills somewhat slower than your design, it allows me to remain back further, and sprint only when targeted. Disruptor ammo for Archie, and Cobra Rounds for the head shots worked well. Thanks for this tip series!

      +Eldon Whisler aah, that is quite a similar build for such a different playstyle, I like it, tactical cloak is just so OP during architect fight, extra damage is great but the invisibility is just epic

      I use Tac Cloak as an escape mechanism if I fail to sprint; also good for moving from one distant location to another.

      +Eldon Whisler same for me mostly, it saves my ass when always out in the open, the bonus damage is just a well, bonus, do you have your tax cloak set to regenerate?

      Mine is set to be longer durations, and will regen health while in stealth.

    Nice! I have something very similar going now with the Vanguard. Only it uses the Piranha, Equalizer, Rozerad (EC mod) and Isharay. No anti shield powers or passives though, so that's what the Rozerad is for. It's a little less streamlined but very much along the same run and gun lines you mentioned here.

    Hmm, why no love to Invasion, Annihilation(though as biotic talent it would have been wasted on combat/tech build) and Turbocharge?

      The build focuses on buffing the living hell out of weapons and debuff enemies so all useful powers, cryo, energy drain, tactical cloak, charge, turbocharge are used

      +George gmoney turbocharge would be the only good replacement as this build works on buffing your weapons, though it's recharge would be a little low

    Now, better then most that the Piranha is sick weapon. Use it all the time for just about everything. But, i will tell you that for Architects, I found the PAW with sticky grenades, increased damage while hovering, dual mod slots, kenetic coils (x2). To do even more damage then the Dahn. i don't know why this is. In any other fight the Piranha melts enemies significantly faster. There has only been 2 fights where I use the PAW over the Piranha. 1 is against fiends if there are explosive containers neer by as 1 container explosion will cripple a fiend. The other is Architects. The damage is massive against them.

      Are you certain that's true? as I could imagine the PAW with sticky do a little more DPS until you add reload etc, the way this method works is the piranhas huge 16 clip size with turbocharge etc and nice rate of fire does a leg perfectly with a single reload, and does most of the face to

      Xaine's World The PAW would take out have the leg in 1 MAG. Swapping to a piranha for hitting the head if need, then when you swap back the PAW is fully recharged. The PAW normally doesn't touch the Parahna in damage, just against Architect. I wish i could show you my findings as its hard to explain. Im out of town for work right now and can't get online. Benefit to the PAW is you dont have to reload if you simply swap weapons because the recharge can recharge in the back ground while you sickle weapons for taking care of ADDs. the Piranha is far better for the ADDs but thr Piranha hurts the Architect.

    Why do you think Fusion mod of adrenaline is only maybe better on normal? I find it good on insanity, the only thing bad about it is your cooldowns can take longer on long fights, like architect legs/head. I still think it is good and my preferred mod, but you do have some good points about the fusion mod of shielding, especially for survivability on insanity.

      +neirboca its mainly just that on normal you can one or 2 shot most enemies so adrenaline allows you to have the powers up for each enemy, but on insanity, you can often use the powers more than once per none red bar (in this build anyway) make it less powerful

      Xaine's World yes but if enemies still die fairly quickly from weapons anyway is almost a moot point, squadmates are also not very likely to get killing blows on insanity either.

      +neirboca its not a moot point at all, this build has the tech powers recharge quicker than you can kill all but red bars, meaning that using the adrenaline fusion mod would lessen the amount of times you get the powers, the shielding actually gives and improvement

      Xaine's World hi, nah I meant in general with adrenaline mod with insanity. In relation to this build you I agree completely. Shield mods fits better and is a very strong build! I just don't really agree that adrenaline isn't good for insanity, if that is what you meant.
