In this 71st episode of That Board Game Show, James shows you the solo mode for Viticulture.
Specifically, using the Essential Edition including the Tuscany Essential Edition Expansion, designed by Jamey Stegmaier & Alan Stone, with art by Beth Sobel.
Description from the publisher:
In Viticulture, you find yourself in rustic, pre-modern Tuscany, where you’ve inherited a meager vineyard. You own a few plots of land, an old crush pad, a tiny cellar, 3 workers…and the dream of owning the best winery in Italy.
Your job is to allocate your workers and helpful visitors to complete various tasks throughout the year. Each season is different on a vineyard, so the workers have different tasks they can take care of in the summer and winter. There’s competition over those tasks, and often the first worker to arrive at each one has an advantage over the rest.
Using those workers and visitors, you can expand your vineyard by building structures, planting vines, and filling wine orders as you work towards the goal of owning the most successful winery in Tuscany.

At 9:38 a little mistake: the second (middle) action space is available at 3+ players, and the third (right) at 5+.

I bought this without having any space and I'd just gotten This War of Mine as well. Now I need to explain to bf that I bought two games in two days 😭 can't wait to play it if I'm able to keep it
At 12:46 you were mistaken when you said you could train an additional five workers. Players start with the grande worker and two regular workers, meaning you may only train an additional *three* workers. I'm sure it was just an oversight but I thought it bore mentioning.

Hello, at 35:15 you are using the bonus action to plant twice. Are you not supposed to use a glass bead to do that?
Good question...
Because I'm playing with the Tuscany expansion board, you don't need to pay the bead to use the bonus if it is printed on the space already.
You only need to spend beads to gain access to bonuses otherwise unavailable with only the far left action space.

I 'm really trying to understand how to play this game 😄 About my question, I did start a video on youtube called : (playing at viticulture with the Tuscany expansion solo / solo sunday )and around 16:30 she's saying that in solo mode the only way to get a bonus is to spend a glass bead... I'm lost😓@@ThatBoardGameShow

A quick perusal of BGG revealed this discussion with the designer of the solo mode (Morten Monrad Pederson) where he explains exactly how the bonus action spaces work in - boardgamegeek.com/thread/3003017/article/42687034#42687034
Reading through his answers there I do believe I played it correctly, as the automa is really there to simulate a second player, so the basic 2 player rules will usually apply for worker placement and bonuses.
