So the small vertically mounted wheel is throttle, the large one is propeller pitch. Not sure about the lever... I assume it is for a clutch. A very simple arrangement. The narrowboat fraternity in England might love a 1 or 2 cylinder engine like this. Hard to tell the physical height of the engine from the centre line of the crankshaft to top of cylinder head. Vertical height & the need for the air-start might be problematical on a narrow-beam canal boat.
