The power of this truck is still plenty, even if not running on all legs. Its very heavy snow and only the blade is a bit undersized for that much stuff.
Apart from all of the snow, that looks like an easy lot. Too bad a wheel loader with a pusher plow wasn't on hand to make quick work of the job, but I'm impressed that your 3/4 ton with an 8' plow did so well.

Not only that, i could dump a cup of coffee in the tank and she wouldnt miss a beat after a bottle of heet. If i need a self driving ten speed automatic with a prostate massager I'll rent a uhaul.
The way that you are plowing makes me wonder why? The biggest why is why are you not using low range. That is a lot of snow to be pushing in high range. This isn’t your normal 3 inch fluffy stuff. What will happen when you least expect it is the transmission will go bye bye and that will be the end of it. Use low range. Your truck will last a long time and make you a lot of money. Thanks, take care and stay safe.😀
The biggest thing I notice is that after a forward pass, he drags the plow back over his windrow, essentially pulling half of what he just plowed back into the lane he just plowed. He also lifts his plow early for some reason instead of waiting till he gets to the base of the pile to start stacking. He's got a good winged plow, so he can take big chunks of windrow up to stack so that the windrow doesn't overload the plow and spill over.
Must not know what you're talking about. Heat kills transmissions. I've been plowing for ten years only used 4lo maybe twice in the entire time. Never had any transmission problems unless too much heat builds up and you don't let it cool down.
Lol who the hell uses for 4 low for plowing lmfao! Here's a tip you have a steep decline driveway and the snow has to be pushed down hill and it's a busy street. Shift into 4 lo put your tranny in gear 1 and drop the blade and your truck will literally crawl down the hill!

@ not true at all. That sounds like an injector isn't firing. Had that problem a couple times on my 03. I'd scan that truck asap.
@ if an injector on a powerstroke fails, it fails closed. So no fuel is entering the cylinder. They're actuated hydraulically by the oil of the truck.
